The hotel has a unique and beautiful design, with pretty details everywhere and surrounded by flowers. the architecture throughout the hotel is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They provide a good breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. the rooms have nice showers and there is a nice warm pool to relax in.
The hotel lacks vegetarian options on the menu.

We recently had a romantic escape and stayed at a beautiful place surrounded by flowers, with amazing architecture and special details that impressed us. The staff were very helpful and kind too. We enjoyed a refreshing swim in the warm pool and sipped on delicious drinks. The breakfast had lots of fresh fruit and other goodies to pick from. The location was great as it was close to the main attractions but far enough that it felt secluded and peaceful.
We felt there were a few things that could have been better. The music choice was a little cheesy and American, and would have been nicer with more local Spanish music.

Upon arrival, we were welcomed by friendly staff who showed us to a cozy room with exclusive amenities. the luxurious swimming pool made us feel pampered and relaxed, while the bar/lounge area provided a fun and social atmosphere.
While the restaurant had a great menu with delicious options, it lacked vegetarian choices. the only minor issue was that there were some mosquitos when we opened the windows for fresh air at night.

The views from our room were stunning and the pool was a great way to cool off after exploring the city. the staff were all very friendly and helpful. the location was convenient to several major attractions and restaurants.
the room smelled musty and the air conditioning didn't seem to be working properly.
